When you get balance with your minds and emotions into one, you land in the presence. That is the goal of B/N Qi Gong.

B - balance in within oneself
N - now (presence)

We arrive crying, from the save worm of mother's worm through the narrow path of her Virginia and took our first breath and everyone around there cheerings specially the parents, and when our last breathe came, everyone, most anyway, is sobbing,crying and thats the journey of our life in this body on earth, life energies went out, left is a body, shell, lifeless, death, the life energy, Qi in Chinese has been discovered in more than 5000 years, from the hard working farmers when one day after some hard days in the field working sitting down at their varenda and looked at the field and the energies they were feeling sitting down aligning what they saw and simostaneously felt in them and breathing and the developed to what after real it in Technics and passed it on till today and had been modernised but the flow of it remains the same, its the life flow, though the word in Chinese chi, or qi means also steam like when we cooked water. Now, we encounter problems, hinders in our daily living almost daily, and our bodies and minds tense up, depends on the problems, from miner ones to some major ones physically, mentally even emotionally, when the tensions are moderate, the problems, hinders are moderate within our capabilities, we'll still calm, solutions, options in sight, but then another suddenly pop up, our tensions now started intensify and if it rolls on in that direction, we'll be soon finding out self in stress, and that increased and continue, our breathing tighten,intensify too, our thinking and sight narrowed, just like when you re late for work and the bus was missed Infront of your nose, temper then rise and even you tried your best behaving the anger it do not work so good as you wish sometimes and thats when the stress start creeping into your body here and there follow by wrong decisions, mistakes and sometimes devastating incidents, accidents occurs. In order for prevention,precautions of these mentioned above happens or even come into the circle and even habits of it/them, best solutions, way of it is to awaken what you, one already have in you/one instead of a goal to strive and reach, but awaken and realize and here is where I am trying, want to introduce these knowledge from my own experience, experiments (I am my own Ginny pigs cause I ve realized and decided decades ago is the best way for consistency and maintainance) cause fact is, to handle any problems, hinders in life, our daily living, is first, not to come into panic, and paralizstion conditions, situations and be a victim of the incidents so as to say, and is to be calm, relax, in all situations.
